Curing Yeast Infections: Instant Relief

I’ve only had one yeast infection in my entire life and, while experiencing it, I can tell you the only thing on my mind was curing yeast infections – not learning more about them.  I wanted instant relief and I can’t imagine I’m alone, since the discomfort is out of this world.  Hopefully these tips can help you find quick relief and even better- a quick treatment that happens to be natural, easy and effective.

You can soak in a bath but you need to add baking soda.  Just dump a box under running water, add enough water so you can sit in it and soak until the water cools off.  The trick here is that you have to dry yourself off very well. Yeast likes water and dampness so, while this might sound a bit unconventional, consider drying yourself off with a blow dryer (not your entire body- just where you have a yeast infection!). If you don’t have a blow dryer just remember that your goal is to dry out the skin and surrounding areas; how you go about doing this is totally up to you!
